Acorn Enterprises operates and markets, under the Odyssey Global SIM brand, telecommunications services via physical SIM and eSIM cards, available exclusively on www.odysseysim.com and through approved partners.

These services are intended for travellers — digital nomads, remote workers and others — on journeys to specific destinations, while remaining usable locally and in other destinations.

By subscribing to our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Use without reservation.

2. Service provider

The services are provided by Acorn Enterprises, a sole proprietorship based at 1 Bromley Lane, Chislehurst BR7 6LH, Kent, United Kingdom, trading as Odyssey Global SIM.

Acorn Enterprises is not registered for VAT. Contact: Support@odysseysim.com.

3. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may only be amended by Acorn Enterprises, and not by any third party.

Acorn Enterprises reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page on the date you place it.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of the United Kingdom.

If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the place where you live.
